Practice Fame

Terms of Service

Effective 19 September 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Creativ Digital ("we", "us") for the Practice Fame app and the services behind it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Practice Fame is a rehearsal tool. It shows you a screen that looks like a live stream on a social platform and generates a simulated audience — comments, viewer counts, likes, gifts and similar — using artificial intelligence that reacts to your camera and microphone. It exists so you can practice talking on camera before going live for real.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age at which you can consent to online services in your country, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms on your behalf.

3. Minutes and payment

4. Acceptable use

The Service is for practicing. You agree not to use it to:

The AI provider we use applies its own content safety rules to what it is shown. If it refuses to process your camera or microphone input because of what it contains, your live ends immediately and the event is recorded on your account. Repeated refusals may lead us to suspend or close your account. You are not charged for a refused moment. Ordinary swearing does not trigger this.

5. Your content

What your camera and microphone capture is yours. You give us permission to process it, and to pass it to our AI provider, for the sole purpose of generating your simulated audience while you are live. We do not store it and we do not use it for anything else. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Recordings you make with the app's record button are saved only on your device. You are responsible for them and for anyone who appears in them.

6. AI-generated content

The simulated audience is produced by a machine-learning model. It can be wrong, odd, repetitive or, despite the safeguards we apply, occasionally inappropriate. It is provided for entertainment and rehearsal. Nothing it says is advice, a fact about you, or an opinion of ours. Don't rely on it for anything that matters.

7. Our property

The app, its design, code, the names we use for it and the effects and artwork in it belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own Android device for its intended purpose, and nothing more.

8. Changes and availability

We can change the Service, the packs we sell and their prices, and we can add or remove features. We will try to keep the Service available, but we don't promise it will always be, and we may need to interrupt it for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, including the availability of our AI provider.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or at this page. Deletion is immediate and permanent and forfeits any remaining minutes.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice, and where the law requires it we will refund minutes you have paid for and not used.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the simulated audience will behave in any particular way.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the European Union you keep all the protections that your national consumer law gives you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
